Speakers Bureau Processing Fees

Choose the fee amount that corresponds to your calculation on the Speaker Request From or enter a higher amount if required.

SCHOOLS ELIGIBLE FOR REDUCED RATE (50% or more of students in free and reduced lunch program; check the NDE list of free/reduced lunch counts to confirm eligibility)

  • First application in a calendar year; standard rate speaker -- $35 processing fee
  • First application in a calendar year; high-use speaker* -- $50 processing fee
  • Second application in a calendar year; any speaker -- $100 processing fee


ALL OTHERS:

  • First application in a calendar year; standard rate speaker -- $50 processing fee
  • First application in a calendar year; high-use speaker* -- $75 processing fee
  • Second application in a calendar year; any speaker -- $100 processing fee


APPLICATIONS FOR MULTIPLE PRESENTATIONS:

  • Count the number of presenters you wish to book plus the number of individual 1-hour programs you wish them to present.
  • Take that number times $50.
  • Example: 2 speakers each doing 2 programs (4 programs total) would cost your organization (2 speakers + 4 programs) 6 x $50 = $300.
